She further requested a 4-way stop sign or light <br /> at the intersection of Clifford & Powhatan Streets. <br /> <br />7. Martha Ann Creecy, 316 Dinwiddie Street, asked about Norfolk's program to receive <br /> federal funding to assist residents with reimbursement to remediate flooding. <br /> <br />8. Linwood E.
