S. 9th and 10th Calvary. The observance was held Saturday, February 21, <br /> 2004. <br /> <br />03 - 102 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br />1. <br /> <br />J. Brewer Moore, 3008 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on the approval of Bill HJ142 to <br />study the consolidation of the Cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth. <br /> <br />Susan Smith, 860 Greenbriar Circle, Suite 152, Chesapeake, announced <br />Portsmouth Walk America, Sunday, May 2, 2004. <br /> <br />Saint Elmo Crawford, 88 Bainbridge Avenue, spoke in support of higher education <br />and Senate Bill 30 that will provide more money for public schools and higher <br />education. <br /> <br />Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, revisited the idea of restoring civil rights <br />to those who have served time for felonies and recommended that it be included in <br />the City's legislative package. <br /> <br />Saundra Shuler, 81 Hobson Street, spoke on the City's need to promote citizen <br />involvement in the State Legislature with trips to Richmond. <br /> <br />Martin Smith-Rodden, 1731 Barron Street, spoke on the closure of the Forensic <br />Nurse Examining Program at Maryview Hospital. <br /> <br /> <br />
