Au.qust 26, 2003 <br /> <br /> (a) The group housing project shall be limited to 40 duplex and nine triplex <br />residential units. <br /> <br /> (b) The applicant shall construct the 49 duplex and triplex units in accordance <br />with the floor plans, building materials (combination of brick and hardy plank) and the <br />elevation plans approved and on file in the Office of Planning and Zoning. The Director <br />of Planning and Zoning may approve minor modifications to the approved plans. <br /> <br /> (c) A landscaping plan shall be developed and installed in accordance to <br />Exhibits 1 and 2. The Director of Planning and Zoning may approve any minor <br />modifications. <br /> <br /> (d) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and <br />regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain in <br />effect all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> 3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under Section <br />40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing use <br />permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City Council." <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Griffin, Moody, Randall, Whitehurst, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- City Manager's Report - <br /> <br />03 - 300 - Adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $77,000 from the State Fund <br />Balance to the Behavioral Healthcare Services Board Administration Budget for <br />computer upgrades for the Department. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />· Adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $77,000 in the State Fund Balance to the <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund for computer upgrades for the Department. <br /> <br />Purpose and Need: <br /> <br />· Upgrade of computer system to meet ongoing data needs of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services. The computer system has not been adequately upgraded in ten years. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />· Appropriation of funds will decrease balance of State retained earnings but will <br />enable Behavioral Healthcare Services to cover the cost of purchase without reducing <br />services. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Whitehurst, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to adopt the following <br />ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />"ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $77,000 IN THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE <br />SERVICES FUND FOR DEPARTMENTAL COMPUTER UPGRADES." <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Griffin, Moody, Randall, Whitehurst, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> <br />
