Ronnie Davis, 3820 High Street, spoke on the 3-2-1 <br />Retirement Plan. <br /> <br />2. James H. Flesher, 3916 Flagship Way, spoke on the number of <br />properties owned by PRHA and the City of Portsmouth that are <br />not on the tax books. <br /> <br />3. Ursula Webb, 417 Riverside Drive, spoke on the City's recent <br />bad publicity and requested the City Manager's resignation. <br /> <br />4. Joyce Copeland, 2302 8th Street, spoke on concern for the <br />City. <br /> <br />5. J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on the City's <br />image. <br /> <br />6.
