The report of the Committee ~nd the ordinance were adopted by the following ~ote, lng the same for each: Lyes-- Hall, John Ho, Brinson, Wood, territory herein described, npon the terms and conditions the vote bet Natts, Dashielt, Warren, Welton, Hall, J. H. Jr., Johnson, Leigh, l0 On motion of ~. Warren, the ~ayor was requested to approve of the ordinance at once, and the City Attorney to take immediate steps for putting it into execution. Nr. ~elton moved that the Joint Finance 0ommittee be authorized to e~ploy a~ assistant lawyer for the 0ity Attorneyin prosecuting the steps for annexation, if they should think it necessary so to do. The motion was adopted. On motion of E~. Warren, the Joint Annexation Committee w~s authorized to have printed as many copies of the ~nex~tion ordinance and in such form as it m~y think necessary for distribution a- mon~ citizens in the territory it is proposed to annex. On motion, adjourned.
