Mr. Pitts wants to have the video department work with him <br />to have the Portsmouth Image Boosters slides put on video tape. <br />2. Mr. Pitts complimented Council members for passing the tax <br />freeze for senior citizens, and Bertha Wright, Judy Mallory and <br />Mary Lawrence of the Department of Social Services for a great <br />job in notifying senior citizens of the freeze provisions. <br />3. Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to develop <br />a quantitative noise ordinance, and was adopted by an unanimous <br />vote. <br /> <br />4.
