356 <br /> <br />A__R~i 26~ 1994 <br /> <br />94-154 Items Submitted by:Council Members <br /> <br />1. Mr. Pitts wants to have the video department work with him <br />to have the Portsmouth Image Boosters slides put on video tape. <br />2. Mr. Pitts complimented Council members for passing the tax <br />freeze for senior citizens, and Bertha Wright, Judy Mallory and <br />Mary Lawrence of the Department of Social Services for a great <br />job in notifying senior citizens of the freeze provisions. <br />3. Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to develop <br />a quantitative noise ordinance, and was adopted by an unanimous <br />vote. <br /> <br />4. Mr. Hawks requested that the City follow-up on the Crime <br />Symposium by making juvenile laws reform a legislative <br />priority. <br /> <br /> On motion meeting was adjourned at 10:37 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVED - ~ <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ell Plttman, CMC/AAE <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />*Vice Mayor Lee E.
