<br /> Reverend Robert L. Windley, Sr., Christian Antioch Church
<br />of God and Christ, opened the meeting with prayer which was
<br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Webb called the meeting to order and welcomed all in
<br />attendance.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Epperson, and seconded by Mr. King, the
<br />minutes of a called meeting on April 11, 1994; a Regular Meeting
<br />on April 11, 1994; a Called Meeting on April 12, 1994; and a
<br />Regular Meeting on April 12, 1994, be approved, and was adopted
<br />by unanimous vote.

<br />Clerk for the City of Norfolk/President of the Virginia
<br />Municipal Clerk's Association, for "Municipal Clerk's Week".

<br />Rates for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1995.
<br />
<br />1. Willard Stanbeck, Chairman, Municipal Finance Commission,
<br />spoke in favor of the proposed budget.
