Johnson moved that a special committee be appointed to consider the lighting of the Ci~ty <br />when the present contract for same shall have e~ired. The motion was adopted. <br /> <br /> -~ ~FLr. John Howard Hall calls attention to the charter provision for a sinking fund commission, <br />explain~ the functions of said commission under the charter; and moved that it be instructed to <br />organize for the proper management of the sinking fund.
