The following ordinance is recommended therefor: <br /> AN 0P~INANCE TO PROHIBIT THE SEi~ING OF TI~CETS FOR AD~ISSION TO THEATERS A~ <br /> OHS OF AkwJSR~.~T, IN EXCESS OF TM SEATING CAPACITY OF SUCH PLACES. <br /> Prevdously referred. <br /> <br /> An ordinance for re-arranging the "~ire district" as recommended by the Joint Fire Oommtttee. <br /> After having given thismatter seriou~ attention, we recommend that it be referred to the <br /> <br />Ordinance and Fire committees Jointly. <br /> The prdposed ordinance to prohibit the selling of tickets for ad, miss!on to theaters, &c.. was <br /> <br />rejected by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes--John Howard Hall, ~.
