<br /> At a Regular Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, November 12, 2002,
<br />there were present:

<br />Mayor James W. Holley III, Vice Mayor Bernard D. Griffin, Sr., Cameron C. Pitts,
<br />J. Thomas Benn III, William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst, Sr., Marlene W.
<br />Randall, City Manager C. W. McCoy, City Attorney G. Timothy Oksman.

<br /> Councilwoman Marlene W. Randall opened the meeting with prayer, which was
<br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br />Mayor Holley called the meeting to order and welcomed all in attendance.

<br />Mayor Holley announced that Councilman Whitehurst was attending a Southeastern
<br />Public Services Authority (SPSA) Conference during his absence.

<br />02 - 339 - Public hearing on rezoning, use permit and street name change applications:
<br />
<br />(a) Z-02-05 AIRLINE COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR - Delphine
<br /> White requests the rezoning of 3715 Airline Boulevard from single-
<br /> family residential RS-150 to Commercial C-I-K (conditional). The
<br /> Comprehensive Plan recommends commercial development of this
<br /> area.
