Larch 9, 1909. Mr. Watts offerred the following resolution: Resolved, That in view of the extra wo~ and arduous-dutieS, not contemplated~in~th~ usual work of the City Attorney, in connection with the annexation proceedings~ an al!owanse of $500 be made to the City Attorney for said extra work. The resolution was adopted, and an appropriation of $500 referred to the Joint Finance Oom.
