Thomas Benn, representing the School Board, spoke in <br />opposition to the proposal for School Board funding. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to adopt <br /> the ordinance for the operating budget and to include the <br /> following: $19,500 for Civic and Social Contributions; the <br /> addition of $61,602 for the Children's Museum; $30,325 for an <br /> Arts Curator; $28,500 for advertising. <br /> <br /> <br />
