Nove~be~ 9. 1909~ UNFINISHED BUSINESS. First. Matters adopted by the Common Council 0etcher 12th and referred to the Board of Aldermen for concurrence. To authorize the Treasurer to m~ke notes in the several 0itybamks to amotutt of $12,000. to meet City current expenses for November, 1909. Concurred To authorize the Treasurer to renew notes in the several City banks to amount of $67.600. or as much of the same as may be necessary. Concurred in~ To appoint a joint committee to confer as to disagreement of the two branches in regard to em- ployment of men at the incinerator. Concurred in. and Messrs.
