Matters adopted by the Common Council 0etcher 12th and referred to the Board of Aldermen <br />for concurrence. <br /> <br /> To authorize the Treasurer to m~ke notes in the several 0itybamks to amotutt of $12,000. to meet <br />City current expenses for November, 1909. Concurred <br /> To authorize the Treasurer to renew notes in the several City banks to amount of $67.600. or as <br />much of the same as may be necessary. Concurred in~ <br /> To appoint a joint committee to confer as to disagreement of the two branches in regard to em- <br />ployment of men at the incinerator. Concurred in. and Messrs. Bailentine and~k~rray appointed to <br />said comittee~ <br />To appoint ~ joint committee to confer with the Reverend R. B. Gar~ett and other ministers of <br />the Gospel in reg~r& to providing a house of refuge for persons discharged from hospitals and jails. <br /> 0oncu~red in. and Messrs.
