<br /> At a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday,
<br />May 24, 1994, there were present:

<br />Clemons, John H. Epperson, Bernard D. Griffin, Sr., James C.
<br />Hawks, Cameron C. Pitts, C. W. McCoy, Director of General
<br />Operations, Stuart E. Katz, City Attorney.

<br /> Reverend Leroy Ricks, New Berean Baptist Church, opened
<br />the meeting with prayer which was followed by the Pledge of
<br />Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Webb called the meeting to order and~welcomed all in
<br />attendance.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. King, and seconded by Mr. Epperson, the
<br />minutes of a Called Meeting on May 4, 1994; a Called Meeting on
<br />May 9, 1994; a Regular Meeting on May 9, 1994; a Called Meeting
<br />on May 10, 1994; and a Regular Meeting on May 10, 1994, be
<br />approved, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />94-177 Proclamation presented to Edward P. Brogan, Chairman,
<br />Tidewater Builders Association Remodelers Council for "National
<br />Remodelers Month."

<br />94-178 Proclamation presented to Norma Megill, for "Older

<br />pertaining to the appointment of School Board members.
