<br /> As the bid of the E. T. Barnum Iron Works to supply the cells seems to be reasonable, and as
<br />the bid of Mutter & Miltier is the lowest to put said cells in position, it is recommended that
<br />ward for the work be made to these bidders, respectively.

<br />ferred to the Joint Finance Committee; while the awards to S, B. Hutchins, Jr. to do work at the
<br />house of the Annex Fire Company, To the E. T. Barnum Iron Works to supply the jail with five cells.

<br />service there, and no exchangebf horse's is made, $1,500. wmlM be required for their purchase; but
<br />iff the give unsound horses are sOld only ~900. will be needed, it is estimated, to obtain suitable
<br />horses.
