City Attorney-- Ts notify the Norfolk & Portsmouth Traction Company te arrange for taking care of its. part of expense for improvements on County street. A bill of the City Attorney for self and Attorney, ~. L. Crocker, to amount of $20 for ex- penses before the Supreme Court of Appeals, in the interest of the City, was all~wed. -~e resignation of George C. Miller as a member of the Seventh Ward Zeeal Board was received and was referred to a Joint Session of the~two branches. Oath of office of policeman, E. B. Applications of ~. J.
