We ars not prepared to report in the matter of opening High street, but in connection with same recommend the issue of $100~000 of bonds additional for paving and street improvements, and $75,000 of bonds for Sixth and Seventh Yard improvements, at such time as the 0ommittee may think desirable for the issue. $400. to compiete the r-~uning of galvanized iron pipe at the north end of ~ashington street and south end of Din~iddie street. It is recommended that the said amount be allowed from proceeds of the present bond issue for street paving~ $796 issue ~ ~ for a terra cotta drain pipe at the north end of ~ashingto~ street.
