In accordance with recommendation of the Str~t Co~umittee adopted at this meeting to pay the re- <br />gular street force for legal State holidays, the 0hai~m~n of the Committee moved that said force be <br />paid for the Fourth of July, 1911, out of appropriation to the ~treet Department. <br /> Fne motion was adopted by the follow'lng vote: <br /> Lyes--~orbitt, Hall, Benson, Parrish, <br /> Hanvey, Brooks, EoGre, ~ohnson, Leigh, withy, Hawks. Hutchins. 12. <br /> <br /> The Chairman of. the Cemetery ~ommittee stated that there had been several small bills contracted <br />by his Department, to amount of $50.53; that these bills were long standing, and ought to be paid; and <br />as there w~s $60. to credit of the Cemetery fund left over from appropriation for whitewashing the Ce- <br />metery walls, he would move~that said bills be paid. out of such fund, <br /> The motion was adopted. <br /> <br /> Mr. Hall called the attention of the 0ommi~tee on Claims to the necessity of its acting on the <br />claim of Mrs. M.
