<br />~ity take over and pay for rent of the lights established by said Associations on Hi~n and Effingham
<br />streets.
<br /> .It is recommended that, beginning January l, 1912, the 22 "flaming arc lights' on lower
<br />High street, and 21 of the same lights on upper High and Effingham streets be taken in charge by the
<br />0ity, and be provided for in the 'budget~ for l~lP.
