November 16. 1909, the PublicProperty Department, (With Finance Comm~ tree~ ~, To provide an office for Clerk of the Court. Our report thereon will be found in a joint report by the ~inance ~n~Public Property Referred by Board of Aldermen October 19th. A communication from the 0~ptain of the Third Company of COast Artillery in rgga~d to the room in Armory Hall oceupied by the Sanitary Inspector. We report that we have turned over the key to said room to Eajor Albert Epps. obtaining It is further recommended that the Committee be authorized to have repminted all outside wood work of the OityHall and ~o reglaze all windows in ~e building that need regl~zing, at a cost of $86; also to rebuild the cornice work ~cross its front, at a cost of $40--~11 of said expense to come out of appropriation to the Public Property Depart~aent.
