15, 1910. <br /> <br /> · o require occupants of stores and dwellings to keep the sidewalks in fron of same clean. ~- <br /> ~e recommend this, and further recommend that the recommendation be referred to the Joint <br />Ordinance Oommittee to have an ordinance prepared therefor. <br /> <br /> To require telephone and other business wires to be put under the ground, and the 0i%y to own <br />the conduits for such wires. <br /> · e so recommend and recommend further that the Joint Ordinance Gommittee be instreucted to <br />have an ordinance prepared in accordance therewith, and that the question of cvraership of conduits <br />for wires be referred to the Joi~ Finance 0ommittee, <br /> <br /> ~e further recommend the adoption of ~ set of tales to cOVer the collection of garbage, ashes, <br />trash, &c., to be drawn somewhat in keelmingwith the attached suggestions, and that the said rules <br />be referred, to the Bo~rd of Health and the Joint Street ~o~m~ttee, with authority to make such mi- <br />mer cha~ges of them as may be to their improvement, and to l~t them into effect under the authority <br />now possessed by the ~oa~d of Health according to the ordinances. <br /> <br /> And we further recommend that the contract for removinggarb~ge be cancelled on a thi~t~ day <br />notice therefor; that the Joi~t Street $ommittee be authorized to take up the work; and that such <br />an appropriation as would be necessary for a contract to do the work be placed to credit of the Street <br /> <br />Department. <br /> <br />(Signed) ~S.
