<br />to be borne by Norfolk,~ Portsmouth, and -Norfolk 0ounty.
<br /> "After the Norfolk delegation had retired the Oomm~ttee decided unanimously, and the Mayor, who
<br />was present, approved, in' directing the ~Olerk to notify our representati.ve~ in the General Assembly
<br />that it approved .of the proposed amendments to .said Ac~.s of 1881,2, .provided. the proportion ef ex-
