<br /> To instruet the Joint 0r~hinanee ~ommittee to prepare an ordinance for the October meetings
<br />of the Council. authorizing a vote by the people for issue of $600,000. of bonds, the proceeds from
<br />sale of same to be applied by the 'Board of Water ~ommissioners' for th~ establishment of a system
<br />of water works in the 0ity.
