<br /> A bill of the City Sergent for $30. for expenses to Richmond in the attempt to capture an escaped
<br /> prisoner. There w~s an error in this bill, it should h~ve been for $23; and we reco~mnend that said

<br /> To provide the School Board with f~nds, if necessary, to institute condemnation proceedings to
<br /> obtain land for public school purposes~
<br /> As funds are now available to the School Board from the sale of school bonds, we report that
<br /> it is not necessary for the Council to ta~e any action in the m~tter at this time.
<br /> An appropriation of $~4.25 to pay a bill of the Nott Fire Engine Company for hose supplied the
