~~1994 <br /> <br /> Pointe Associates for modification to the <br /> Wimbledon Chase group housing application at the <br /> southwest intersection of River Pointe Drive and <br /> River Point Parkway. <br /> <br />Carl Wayne Petty, 917 Ventures Way, Chesapeake, spoke in favor <br />of the application. <br /> <br />Fred Napolitano, 4099 Foxwood Drive, Virginia Beach, spoke in <br />favor of the application. <br /> <br /> MOtion by Mr. Clemons, and seconded by Mr. Hawks, to concur <br />with the recommendation of the planning Commission that the <br />amendment to GHP-93-03 be approved on first reading, and was <br />approved by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(f) CA-94-11 <br /> <br />CITY CODE A~R~DMENT - A proposal to amend Article <br />V of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for projecting <br />signs in Downtown districts. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Clemons, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to concur <br />with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that CA-94-1t <br />be approved on first reading, and was approved by unanimous <br />vote. <br /> <br /> On motion meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m. <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />S~eila Powell Pittman, <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />CMC/AAE <br /> <br /> <br />
