<br />cost, to be provzded for by a special apprGprzatzon. To ma_e a change in the stamrway, ~from in~ide
<br />to outside of the building; two doors cut; that a door be put at the b~ttom of the steps; to close
<br />in the present well hole; to take dorm partition between ~he hall and stairway; that screens be pro-
<br />vided for windows and doors; sm_d that' ~wo windows be cut ~n the wall to give air to the horses.

<br /> It is ~arther recommended that the City Ball be arranged and turned over to the Chambers' and
<br />Hook & Ladder Fire C~mpsdules.

<br /> It is recormuended also that the Public Property COmmittee be allowed tO apend $25.00, out of
<br />Public Property appropriation, for repairs to the roof ef the Union Fire Company°
<br />
<br /> Further, that an appropriation of $16.00 be made for shades for City offices over.the Ferry
<br />~ouse.
