A request of the Seventh ~ard Board to have the City~ pay for th, e paving of sidewalks on South
street road, at a cost of $950.00.
It is the opinion of the Com~ittee that sidewalks on the S~uth street road should be pav-
it is recommended that they be authorized to employ an agent,~at an expen~e r~t to exceed~$a00, to
High; and for the three blocks north of E~gh, to pave ~0 feet of it en each side from the gu~ter,
sad to lay a ~0 foot hard surface in the 5~ter between these two ~0 feet paved surfaces.
It is hoped that this change in pavi~ as regards ~fingham street will meet with the ap-
proval of the council,

T~ pave Effingham street its entire width, between Queen and County.
Our answer to this proposition is considered above.
