In our_'opinion, the ferry lessees would not be able to maintain the schedule provided in the lease, except they put on an additional boat, and travel at present does not warrant an addition- al boat in the service. This matter can be taken up preceding the next lease of the ferries. Advisability of purchasing a modern ferry boat. We do not deem it advisable at the present time to purchase a modern ferry boat.
