March <br /> <br />19, 19i~. <br /> <br />Justice was referred to the Ordinance Co~mittea. <br /> Mr. Nicholson ~oved to reconsider the action of the body in adopting that section of report of <br />the Fire Committee in regard to referring to Chief of the Fire Department suggestion of rules and <br />regulations for government of the said Department~ <br /> The motion was adopted, and on motion said matter was sent back to the Fire Committee.for <br />further consideration. <br /> On motion of ~r. Markham, the Fire Committee was instructed to consider the ~dvisabi~ity of <br />~ving Chief of the Fire Department uniformed. <br /> Mr. Adams moved that the Fire Committee be authorized to dispose of a balky horse used by the <br />Independent Fire Company. The motion was adopted. <br /> Mr. Markham moved that the body go into election to fill a vacancy on the Board from the Fourth <br />~'ard~ caused by resignation of $. T. Hontague therefrom. The motion was adopted. <br /> He then nominated J.
