It will cost $185.00, and an appropriation for <br />same is now in the hands of the Finance Committee. The installation of the bell will require an ad- <br />ditional appropriation of SES0.O0, and such an appropriation is recommended. <br /> <br /> Authorized to obtain modified plans and specifications for Grimes Battery gun-room. <br /> We have ascertained that the size of Grimes Battery gun-room may be increased, &c., for <br />$7,500.00, and, in this connection, we submit'the following letter from Stroud & Rogue concerning ad- <br />dition to said building. (Letter to file). <br /> <br /> Authorized to cancel policies on the Sixth and Seventh Ward fire engines. <br /> We have directed the insurers of the engines to cancel the policies on same. <br /> <br /> Authorized to cut down an old sycamore tree on the east side of the court house yard.
