.3O November 19, Question of getting up. notices of the City in pamphlet form, advertising the City, &c., for the next meeting of League of American Municipalities. We report that appropriation for this purpose will be considered for the "budget" for 1915. Reports of the Auditor, Treasurer and Sixth and Seventh Ward Boards for September, 19i~. Progress. It is recommended that we be authorized to lay a 4 ft. granolithic sidewalk on said street at a cost not to exceed $i8B~00, out of balances of appropriations now available for Sidewalks. A communication from Dr. Jos. A. Guthrie in regard ~o extending street car service to West Park View. We report that the Clerk has w~itten the Virginia Railway & Power Company in reference to this matter.
