NovemBer 14, 1911. <br /> <br /> Mr~ Cooke asked that the floor of the~engine~house, in the Seventh Ward, be lowered, and <br />on motion the request was referred to the Public Property Committee. <br /> Mr. Baker moved that t~he Ordinance Committee consider the advisability of an~ordinancs to <br />require that fruits and vegetables, ~xpoeed on the streets, be properly screened from dust and <br />flies. The motion ~as .adopted. <br /> <br /> The Chairman of the Finance Committee moved that the Clerk be i~structed to Write to~the <br />Chairmen and Vise-Chairmen of the committees and request-that they report for the ~budget.~ <br /> ~The motion was adopted. <br /> <br /> And on motions, the following matters were referred to-~ <br /> Finance Committee-- <br /> A request of <br />the commissioner of the Revenue to have refunded to Lucy E. Robinson s~nd W. E. Smiph ~l.B~ each, <br />smd to Annie Luise Hinton SB.~O, paid in erro~ for night soil t~x~ and to Chas. Owens $8.85:paid <br />by him in exo~s~ 6n Tangible and Intangible Personal Property. <br /> Bond of R. P.
