E5, because of night soil tax <br />erroneously paid by him for the year 1911. <br />A request of theBoard of Health for an appropriation of $720.00 per year for an assistant <br />to the Sanitary Inspector. <br /> A petition of Mrs. Lulie O. Banks to have refunded her $10.E4 erroneously assessed against <br />her. <br /> A petition of Mrs. Gustave E. E.
