Progress as to same. <br /> <br />A resolution in regard to duties of City Collector and Treasurer, jointly. <br /> It is recommended that said matter be dropped. <br /> <br />Reports of the Auditor, Treasurer~ and Sixth and Seventh Ward Local Boards <br />_ Progress. <br /> <br />for January, 1912. <br /> <br /> Mayor's Annual Message for 1911. <br /> It is recommended that the proper number of the Messages be prin~ed and that the <br />be instructed to obtain bids for printing same. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />A request of tn~ Board of Police Commissioners for ~wo police sergeants. Progress. <br /> <br /> Opinion of the City Attorney~in regard to claims of Messrs. Lawrence, Alexander and Mui- <br />vey, late assessors of City real estate. <br /> It is recommended that s~id assessors be paid $1~0.00 each for their services, and <br />in this connectDon· that the communication from the City Attorney to the Council February l~th <br />in regard to their pay, be made a part of the records with this recommendation. <br /> (See said communication in records Common Council February 13, 1912, page 57). <br /> <br /> Report of Auditor concerning the following bills held up by him, because of lack of appro- <br />priation fo~ same or because they exceeded 1/1E of appropriation: Continent $49°00. S. Griffin, administrator of the estate of Joseph H. Par- <br />kef, deceased from payment of $475.00 of ~zt~ tax~s, erroneously assessed against him. <br /> It is rscommended~that said petitioner be relieved from payment of City taxes to said <br />amount. <br /> <br /> A request of the Board of Health for an additional appropriation of $150o00 annually for <br />the colored Anti-tuberculosis League.
