We rePort that this matter has been referred to the C~ty Engineer for examination and report. Attention called to unsanitary condition of the marsh in square bounded by Randolph, Har- rison¢ Second and Third streets. We report that this matter has been referred to the City Engineer for ar. estimate as to¢cost of improving the condition of said ma~eh2 A petition of Dr. Joe. A.
