Cooke, Mark Saundere, 9. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the special meeting and~Joint Session September Zrd and of the regular meet- <br />ing September 10th were <br /> <br />read and were approved. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF COM~iTTEES. <br /> Auditing-- <br /> Reported having examined bills against the City for the month of September, <br /> <br />1918, and they recommended the payment of same to the following amounts: ~5,965.79 for the <br />City proper, $1,469.51 for the Sixth Ward, and $1,196.05 for the Seventh Ward. <br /> <br /> On motion, the bills were allowed, and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Hall, Benson, Pettish, Hanvey, <br /> Parker, Beisel, 13. <br /> <br />Finance-- <br /> Hon. Perry W. Ruth & Co. did not call for delay in payment pending sale of bonds. <br />Therefore, as said amount is past due and said bills have been duly Spproved by the City Engi~ <br />neet, Audi:ting and Street Committees, we zecommen:d that said sum of $3,?53.50 ~e paid, the amount <br />of same to be re-imbursed to-the City from the proceeds of bond sale. <br /> <br /> ~ bond of H.
