<br /> Conditions for bond to be g~ven by Mr. Norman Cassetl for tunnelling under the sidewalk

<br /> We have examined this bond and recommend that it be accepted.

<br /> $300.00 for takingcensus, Ac., relative to arranging the
<br />shape that the same can come up for adoption.
<br /> We report that this appropriation will be considered
