<br />herein concerning the following matters refer~ed to the Joint Finance Com~,ittee January

<br /> Reoommi~ted. An appropriation of $5,000.00 to King's. Daughters Hospit~i building.
<br /> This appropriation was referred back tO the CCmmittee to consider what rights the
<br />City would have ~n said building, &c.~ In accordance therewith we h~ave communicated with the
<br />"Hospital Committee on ~ppropriation~f=om the C~ty" and have received in reply the following
<br />from J. Davis Reed, its Chairman~ (Bee ~0mmunication attached~.
<br /> Therefore, it is recommended that said appropriation of $5,000.00 (the first instal-
<br />m~nt of the $15~0~0.00 asked to be appropriated in three years) be made for the hospital, pro-
<br />vi~ed the City can retain '~i~e (5) beds therein for its ee~vice. (See communication from J.
