Roost Lu~ber Comoanv is the <br />owner of the second oaroel of land; that Catv P. Weston is the owner of the third parcel of <br />land; and that M. E. Goetz~nEer is the owner of the fourth oarcel of land. <br /> ~Your Committee has been in negotiation with all the parties mentioned above, and desires <br />to reoort ~rogress as to Richmond Cedar Works, John L. RoDer Lumber'Company and Catv P~ weston. <br />As to the Tourth oarcel of land mentioned i~.the-resolution of the Council, and owned by M~ ~. <br />Goetzin~er, the Committee reoorts that the City Attorney wrote him a letter under date of Decem- <br />ber ~0th,19~,1~COpy of which is filed herewith, to which letter M. E. Goetzinge~ replied, un-- <br />der date of January 4th, ~1913, which letter is filed herewith, in which he states that he h~s <br />no desire to sell any of the land mentioned to the City. <br /> "Your Committee therefore recommends that condemnation nroceedings be authorized against <br />the said M. E.
