<br />· Count:y and Glasgow Streets, with power to instruct the City Attorney. regarding same~
<br /> It is recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to appeal the case to the Su-
<br />preme Court of Appeals of Virginia~
<br />
<br /> ~A bitl of Mrs. Agnes Dnnn for $75~00, for a piece of land sold the City in rear of ~he
<br />UniT~ Fire Company's House.
<br /> It is recommended that maid bill be pai~, and that the City Clerk advise the Council
<br /> when the deed for same has been executed to the C~ty.
