<br /> The Chairman of the Street Committee replied that his Committee had recommended an appropri-
<br />ation of $650.00 fo,.this purpose last November, but that said appropriation had not been put
<br />in the Budget for
<br /> Mr. Hall then moved that the recommendation with regard to paving the sidewalk on the south
<br />side of Villa street, from Armstrong to West Park View Bridge, and on south sid~of Leckie street
<br />from Armstrong ~o Butler, be sent back to the Committee to consider with these pavements the
<br />pavement also of west side of Court street, between High and Queen.
<br /> Mr. Tyler moved to amend~ that the Street Committee be instructed to pave, out of its
<br />propriatio~., the block named on Court street first, and t~at Villa and Leckie streets recommend-
<br />ed for pavlng be paved also, should the Street Committee have left the necessary funds for same.

<br /> Mr. Hall ob !cc ed to the amendment by Mr. Tyler, and asked for a recorded vote on same; and
<br />the amendment by Mr. Tyler was adopted by the followin~ vote.:
