October 14, 1913. Referred by Board of Aldermen August 19th. (With Board of Health). Advisability of filling in and grading the square on Wythe street, between Court and Third. ~ We report that this street is not in condition at this time for the work but the Com- m{ttee will consider the matter further after dirt has been obtained from the paving of First street. It is further recommended that on and after November let of this year, the hiring of a horse and buggy for use of the Street Inspector be discontinued. (Bigned). E. Bo Hawke~ Chairman C. C.
