<br /> An appropriation of $800.00 to renovate and equip the Court Room.
<br />
<br /> ~n appropriation of $5,000.D0 for ~itting ~p amd furnishing City basement rooms in the
<br />Court House for use of the Treasurer~ City Collector, and Commissioner of Revemme.

<br /> (With Public Prop.~rty Committee). An appropriation of $3,000. to repair and put in good
<br />sa~uitary condition the vegetable market.

<br /> (With Public Property Committee). Recommended award by Public Property Committee to Loren-
<br />zo Cart to improve the Seaboard Narket for

<br /> An appropriation of $400.00 to purchase a machine for testing in_tensity of illumination of
<br />electric street lights.

<br /> An increase of salary, of $10.00 per month to the ~eeper of Almshouse.

<br /> Bonds of the City Collector, Deputy City Collector, Oity Attorney, and Inspecmor of Plumb-

<br /> We have exa~ine~ these bonds and recommend that they be accepted.
<br /> In this connection, we beg to report also that. we have examined bonds of the following
<br />named City Officers, turned over to the Committee by the City Clerk, mamety: Sanitary InspeCtor~
<br />Ke~eper of Cemeteries, ~ity Auditor, 'City Treasurer~, 0!ere of Narket, Keeper of Aimehouse,~ Chief
<br />~f ~oli. ce, Commissioner of Revenue, City Gterk, St~reet Inspector, Chief of Fire Department, and
<br />Physician to Poor. '
<br /> And it is recommended that said bonds be accepted also.

<br />. A re~uest of the Treasurer to borrow $S0,?00.00 from the Board.of Slaking Fund Commission-
<br />ers to meet Our~ent Expenses for Jamuary, 191~; and also ~to borrow $1B,~O0. OO for Schools for
<br />J~nuary amd February, 1914.
<br /> The req~st to borrow $20,000.00 from .the Sinking Fund Commissioners had been previous-
<br />ly turned ove~ to the Board of Sinking F~LUd Co.mm~ssioner. s. '
<br /> It ~s recommended that the request to borrow $15,000.00 for Echoots for January and
<br />Februa~, 1914, be granted.
