<br />occupants of the City meat market that their occupancy of the stalls would be extended at the

<br /> Mr. Tyler explained why the recommended changes in rental of stalls in the market house
<br />were made, and the charges recommended were adopted, and theOr~inanoe Committee instructed to
<br />amend the ordinance covering~same.

<br />more or tess, of Pocahontas SteamCoal, ~n of the mine, trimmed and binned, and that we receiv-
<br />ed only one bid for same, frgm the Portsmouth Coal& I~e Co. at SS,OB per ton.
<br /> This being the ohly bid and the price being a little under last year's contract, it is
<br />recommended that award for the coal be made to the Portsmouth Coal & Ice
<br />
