<br /> To instruct the City Collector to submit to the Finance Committee a list of delinquent per-
<br />sonai property taxes due for the years 1912, 191~, and 1914, at the earliest possible date.

<br />The above were concurred in.

<br /> The Board concurred also in all recommendations, of Committees adopted by the Common
<br />Council, except recommendation of the Financ~ ~ommittee in regard to paying bills of the .P.B.
<br />& S. Water Co. ~gainst the City Proper and against the Sixth and Seventh Wards, the said bills
<br />being held up for further examination.
<br />
<br /> Th$ Board allowed the transfer of $200. frOm "Repairsto Asphalt" to "incinerator,"
<br />to meet expenses of the Incinerator for ~he ~XAmce of the yea~; but the Common Council Novem-
<br />ber 10th referred the matter of transfer to the Finance Committee.

<br />a sightly condition.
