<br /> To rescind previous action in authorizing the borrowing of $3,058.8? for payment of balance
<br />due on upper High street, said amount to be repaid by the Sixth Ward to the City; and to autho-
<br />rize the Treasurer to borrow $3, 103.95 for the purpose named, said amount including interest.
