The report of the Committee having been read by the Chairman, it was discussed at some length, and then on motion, ordered to lie on the table for thirty days, the Clerk being in- structed to have prepared and furnished to each member of the two bodies a copy of said report. There being no objection, Mr. Fall read a communication from Dr. R. L. NcMurran requesting that the physicians of the Cxty be relieved from payment of a license tax. Attention was called to the fact that said matter was alread~ in th~ han~s of the Ordinance Committee and that the Council could relieve the physicians of samd tax any trme during the yesz, if it felt so disposed. Then, on motion, the communication was referred to Ordinance Committee. On motion, adjourned.
