N. Markham, Vice-President, N. B. Langhorne, W. E. Flournoy, E. L. Barlow, Lorenzo Cart, <br /> S. Cleburne Browne, 8. <br /> <br />January 4, 1915. <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Board of Aldermen January 4th there were present: <br /> <br />Messrs--C. N. Markham, Vice-President, W. E. Fiournoy, E. L. Barlow, <br /> Lorenzo Cart, L. Privett, J. H. Wilson, S.
