Boar d of A 1 de rue n. <br /> <br />Gentlemen:--.Your Fire <br /> <br />Committee respectfully reports here- <br /> <br />in concerning the following matters referred to the Joint Fire Committee December 15, 1914: <br /> Referred by Board of Aldermen DeO. lSth. <br /> <br /> A communication from the Fire Board concerning the use of engine houses to hold elections. <br /> It i? recommended that, in accordance with request of the Fire Board therefor, the <br />several City Fire Department headquarters shall not hereafter be used for voting precincts~ <br /> <br /> A petition of the Fire Board that the bell at the Union Fire House be connected with the <br />Fire Alarm System. ~ <br /> As the Independent Engine House is the only engine house connected at'.this~ime With <br />the City Fire Alarm System, it is recommended that no further extension of the fife Ala'~m sys- <br />tem be made with the engine houses until the City is prepared to make such extensions with all <br />of them.
