October 25, 1994 (e) The project shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plan and landscaping plan; (f) The site plan shall conform to all requirements of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Overlay Ordinance and the Tree Replacement Ordinance contained in the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988); (g) A landscaping Group 2 buffer shall be planted along River Pointe Drive prior to issuance of more than 25% of the required occupancy permits; (h) Any revisions to the site plan, landscaping plan or elevations approved through the group housing application process, must be submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval prior to the issuance of any building permits; (i) The applicant and the developer shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments, and shall obtain all necessary permits." 94-398 (i): "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-94-9 ."
